Candle Making Class Liability Waiver & Release

By purchasing a ticket for any candle making class, workshop, or event hosted by Margaret Lilly & Company LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk
Candle making involves the use of hot wax, heated equipment, fragrance oils, and tools that may pose risks, including burns, spills, allergic or sensitivity reactions, stains, or other injuries or damages. While aprons will be provided and safety protocols will be implemented, participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

Release of Liability
You agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Margaret Lilly & Company LLC, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the class, including personal injury, property damage, or allergic reactions, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Health & Allergies
Fragrance oils and candle-making materials may cause allergic or sensitivity reactions. You are responsible for determining whether participation is safe for you and assume all responsibility for your health.

Personal Responsibility & Safety
You agree to follow all instructions, safety guidelines, and rules provided during the class. Failure to do so may increase the risk of injury.

Minors
Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian assumes full responsibility and agrees to this waiver on the minor’s behalf.

Photography & Media Release
Unless written notice is provided prior to the event, you grant Margaret Lilly & Company LLC permission to use photographs or video taken during the class for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes.

Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Liability Waiver & Release.
