Refund policy
We do not except returns or exchanges on any of our items. If you experience an issue with one of our products, please contact us immediately. We will do what we can to remedy the situation if at all possible, as we fully stand by our products. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we will be happy to assist you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Candle Making Class Policy
Cancellation Policy
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS for scheduled and booked classes. You may reschedule your event or request store credit only once. Tickets can not be rescheduled under 24 hours, without specific exceptions. Please note, currently there is no expiration date for event rescheduling. This is subject to change. We do not have an exception for Covid cases.
No Show Reservations
Due to our limited seating and decreased capacity, If a member or members of your group does not show up on the day of your scheduled class no refunds or store credits will be given.
Late Policy
All guests are expected to arrive ON TIME for your scheduled candle making experience. We have a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your spot will be cancelled. Once the class has started we can not except anymore guest. The scheduled start and end time of the class is firm and cannot be extended.
Age Restrictions
Due to the nature of our business, all guests must be 21 years or older unless a specific class cause for a specific age group. We are a purchase and BYOB candle making experience therefore, individuals under the age of 21 will not be allowed in the classroom.
