Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days upon receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping transit time is additional to processing time. During holidays and busy periods, please allow extra time.

Once your order is placed successfully, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive it, please check your spam or junk folder and confirm that your email address was entered correctly.

All orders ship via UPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Transit estimates depend on the shipping service and destination. Use your UPS tracking link for the latest estimated arrival date. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. We currently ship within the United States only; international shipping is not available.
