Shipping: Orders are processed within 5 business days upon receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping time is in addition to the normal processing time. All orders will ship via USPS. Shipping fees are non-refundable. No international shipping is available at this time.

Return/Refund Policy: We do not except returns or exchanges on any of our items. We also do not offer any REFUNDS on our products or classes at this time. If you experience an issue with one of our products, please contact us immediately. We will do what we can to remedy the situation if at all possible, as we fully stand by our products. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we will be happy to assist you.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellation Policy: There are absolutely NO REFUNDS for scheduled and booked classes. You may reschedule your event or request store credit only once. Tickets can not be rescheduled under 24 hours, without specific exceptions. Please note, currently there is no expiration date for event rescheduling. Corporate/Business Candle Events: Please cancel 1 week prior to your scheduled event by emailing margaretlilly@margaretlillyco.com . Unfortunately, we will not be offering refunds due to the nature of our business. However, you may reschedule your event once.

Booking Multiple Class Bundles (Corporate/Business) Events: To secure the bundle cost, it's essential to reserve all your dates upfront when booking more than one event. Please note that a cancellation fee will be applicable should you need to cancel any of the reserved future dates. The fee is based on how many people were booked and the price difference between the discounted rate and our regular event price.

On average, our candle making classes last 90 mins to 180 mins. The first hour is dedicated to guest making their custom scented candles. Candles require 30 minutes to an hour to "cure" before they can be taken home. During this time, guests may play candle trivia, mix and mingle, receive candle care instructions and take photos.

Wood Wicks and Sips: We are a BYOB event and light bites and refreshments are allowed. Feel free to indulge in these refreshments as you immerse yourself in the enjoyable experience of crafting your candles. We asked that you refrain from eating while making your candles. Please be sure to drink responsibly and never drink and drive. We do not encourage hard alcohol/shots.

Private Candle Events: As a mobile candle bar, we bring the experience to your chosen venue (event space or your home). If the venue permits the consumption of food and drinks, we wholeheartedly encourage you to indulge in these refreshments as you immerse yourself in the enjoyable experience of crafting your candles. Please be sure to drink responsibly and never drink and drive. We do not encourage hard alcohol/shots!

Due to the nature of our business, all guests must be 21 years or older unless a specific class cause for a specific age group. We are a purchase and BYOB candle making experience (depending on the event) therefore, individuals under the age of 21 will not be allowed in the classroom.
